You found your pattern!  "Garden Club" pattern #33137 by George Jones & Sons.  Five beautiful bread & butter plates with a lovely English Cottage-style floral motif.
Bone China made in England; each plate is hallmarked & stamped on the reverse side.  Gold rims.  Vibrant colors.  No chips, cracks, nor crazing.  Held to the light, there are virtually no flaws or flatware marks that I can detect.

6" diameter
I had six of these plates and a lunch guest many moons ago took a piece of cake home to her hubby.  And then we moved.  The 6" size is perfect for afternoon tea and I used as accent pieces with my ivory dinnerware for a color accent and to tie together a bouquet of peonies from the garden.
