Vintage Indian Doll...
Found others on the internet that were similar and were called "Ginny"...
Those were ID'ed as "Vogue Dolls"...that brand was not seen on this doll.
When it came into our charity shop it had a small note that said..."Ginny"...
No marker mark seen.   (We did not remove clothing)
The doll looks to be porcelain and stands 18" tall.
Note the "authentic" style clothing and beautiful necklace.
Overall in very good condition.
