Vintage - by J. GODINGER & Co. - Porcelain Pitcher/Gold/Floral/Dragonfly/Insects. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
I bought this piece at a thrift store.  It shows no evidence of scratching, chipping or discoloration.

contains dragonfly, colorful flowers, insects, leaves
the bottom and top have gold saw tooth designs
the handle is half moon shaped with gold trim and dots on outside
measures:5" tall and from end of spout and beginning of handle measures 5"
around the handle, top, and bottom have floral designs
the bottom measures 3 1/2" diameter
