Vintage Bulman store counter top 27” spring paper roll cutter

Description

Manufactured by the E. O. Bulman Mfg. Co. Inc. of Grand Rapids, Michigan, this metal spring paper roll cutter is perfect if you own a store where fragile things need to be wrapped. It can also be used to hold butcher paper. The wood dowel is about 27 ¾” long. The total length is 29” and it is 8” high. This is vintage but lightly used.
