    Description

    Here is an beautiful Van Briggle Pottery & Tile Co scenic landscape tile of a green hillside with brown trees, blue sky, and white puffy clouds, all done in matte glazes.    It has restoration to a corner chip mostly covered by the frame, but is otherwise in great condition with no other chips, cracks, or firing flaws.  The tile measures 6 1/8 inches square and 3/4 of an inch thick.  Framed, it measures 10 3/8" square.   Marked with a die-stamped VBPCo.   A hard to find tile from the famous Colorado Springs art pottery.  If you have any questions please click on our username or visit our store page and feel free to email through the gallery or call Jim Messineo at JMW Gallery.
