    Description

    Here are two pieces of purplish mauve Van Briggle pottery.
    The ashtray or plate measures 6 5/8" in diameter.
    The bowl measures 6 1/4" in diameter.
    NOTE: The ashtray has a smooth tar type substance on the bottom (probably so it wouldn't scratch a wood surface). It appears that you would be able to scrape it off though.
    No chips or cracks.
