US WWII GI’S ORIGINAL PRE 1945 PERSONAL KIT
Lot of US WWII GI’S original pre 1945 personal kit as carried in the field and as shown in foot lockers contains: a synthetic material 7” x 6” tobacco pouch; olive drab cotton 18” x 11” “Style King” housewife, manufactured by “Buchsbaum”, these were worn around the waist or neck and carried his soap, razor, comb, etc., to the showers; a black plastic 7” comb, made in Canada; olive drab cotton sewing kit, complete with all contents, including scissors; 3 small packs of “Gem razor blades with 5 blades each; 7” black plastic tooth brush holder; a gray plastic 5” x 7” framed glass mirror, all frames have slight shrinkage cracks from the 70 year storage, mirror is fine.
