Slingerland (Niles IL badge) 4-piece set with Marvin Smith Pearl snare

Description

Slingerland (Niles, Illinois badge) drums with gold-colored lugs and a 14x4 Marvin Smitty Smith Pearl brass snare. The drums sound really good. They are in cosmetically average/fair condition. I wanted to restore them to their original glory, but never found the time, and so they are up for grabs. Please read the whole description very carefully -- esp. for missing parts -- before buying, for I will not take any returns.
Sizes: Kick (22x14), toms: 12 (dia) X 11 (depth), 13x12 and 16x16, snare: 14x4
The deep toms have a very warm tone to them. The gold plating on the Slingies is in average shape with quite a bit of wear (I had hoped to powder coat them to restore them to new-like condition), but the wraps are in really good shape for their age. The wraps are tight, and there is no ugly scratch or dings anywhere. The white spots on the mounted toms are just reflections. Also very importantly, there are NO extra holes in these drums -- that is, nobody has messed around with them.
(i) kick drum: All the original
claws
and
T-rods
on the
BATTER
side are missing and generic chrome claws and T-rods are currently in place. The reso side claws and T-rods are all original, and the lugs on both batter and reso sides are also original.
(ii) 12" tom: all original parts are there
(iii) 13" tom: all original parts are there
(iii) 16" floor tom: No bottom hoop, top hoop is chrome (not original), no legs (I can include 3 legs, but they may not be matched and won't be gold plated). Further, the screws on the leg mounts are missing, but that's an easy fix.
(iv) snare: the plating has worn off in one place (see dark patch to the left of the logo), some rust here and there as well.  The interior of the snare is in great shape. The snare stand is NOT included.
The Slingerland toms use Pearl style arms, and the ones included are chrome (not original Slingerlands)
So if you want a solid player's kit, this is an opportunity to pick up a good-sounding set at a throwaway price.

to 48 CONUS only. HI, AK and Canadian buyers will pay 5 + actual shipping. No other international shipping. This set would have to ship in two boxes. The buyer agrees that I will put the drums in a nested fashion inside each other, and that I may have to take off the lugs from some of them
(which I will carefully put in labeled Ziploc bags).
Once again, if you can pick up in person you will avoid the big shipping cost. That will also save me a huge hassle of packing the drums properly. NO RETURNS.
