Rare DAVID BOWIE LETS DANCE in-house DOUBLE Platinum record award

This is a rare LETS DANCE David Bowie In-house platinum record award presented to Frank Richards who was in the industry when I got this over 30 years ago    It was sold to me by someone in the record industry who was my connection to many of the Bowie items in my collection, it is an award and given to the individual on plaque so it's an in-house award.  Its 20 x 24 inches and has to be shipped with frame so that will be a challenge and costly.  domestic shipping will be .00 and it will cost me more than that to pack it properly because of the glass.
