Standard UK delivery will be dispatched by Royal Mail or Interlink on a service scheduled to be delivered within the stated time. Returning Items to UnderU
You are welcome to return any items with 30 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to make an exchange (to the purchased value, for a different size or colour).
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for Thongs, Straps, Jocks or Strings unless the item is unopened or faulty.
In all cases returned items will be inspected by us upon their arrival. Faulty items may also be returned to the Brand for further inspection, in which case UnderU would be acting as the Agent and not be responsible for the verdict from the Brand.
All items returned must be returned in their
full original, undamaged packaging
, with all labels still attached
, and should have no signs of wear. For example all footwear must be returned in the original box, the footwear and soles should not have any visible signs of wear. Failure to provide full original packaging is subject to a re-stocking fee.
Until we receive your item back to Customer Services, the item is still your responsibility.
