    Description

    This unit powers on and appears to try to get to main screen.  But it Displays "Verison 7.2.1" then "Booting..." then "Loading,,," Then the screen and lights slightly flicker and then it returns back to the screen saying "Verison 7.2.1". I have left the unit plugged in for about 10 mins and it continues to do the same thing.  NO FURTHER TESTS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED.  Not sure whats wrong with it.  Could be simple like ram sticks need reinserted.   ITEM IS BEING SOLD AS-IS, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
    Local pickup is encouraged but shipping is ok too.  But shipping will be expensive and its the responsibility of the buyer to cover cost of shipping.
