  • Condition: Item obtained at Estate Sale; use is assumed. Handle is verified as Steel (by magnet attraction) and displays several 'strike' marks at its ball (not threaded) end (see Pictures). The threads appear to be w/o damage and they thread well into the 'hook'. The 'hook' end is verified as non-ferrous (likely brass) by magnet non-attraction. This 'hook' end appears to be in regular condition since it does not show any bends/twists or cracks and the handle threads into it satisfactorily. Handle measures approx 12" OAL. Hook measures approx 6" from bottom-to-top. Handle does not display any manufacturer's markings. The hook shows "Jones" and "37-8" cast into it.
