5. Profits are split by percentage of client buy in.
Is this Profitable?
Realistically the first year of profits are expected to cover lawyer fees and realtor fees.
After all expenses are paid returns are expected to be between 2.8% and 3.5%. This will increase indefinitely because it is standard to raise rental prices 3% each year.
Two years from the purchase date a vote will be cast to decide whether to sell or keep the property. A sale vote requires 2/3 for approval. Net profits are divided according to share percentage

Returns
All share purchases are 100% refundable until the physical property is acquired. After acquisition you may resell your shares.
That being said you are also backed by the ebay buyer protection service. Before the property purchase is finalized, each shareholder will be required to sign a document stating that they received their product and do not have the right to return it.
How do you know your Money is safe?
Your money is backed by paypal. Since you do not receive the service until the property is acquired, you are protected by the 60 day return policy. The only caveat is that every 60 days you must "return" and repurchase your shares in order to continue the 60 day money back guarantee.
