    Transfer Decorated and Hand-painted with Harbor Scene from India? North Africa?
    Exquisitely painted porcelain cup and saucer, which I believe to be Staffordshire from the early 19th century
    judging from the London handle, which was in fashion during the 1820s and 1830s.
    The cup measures 2.5" tall and 4" from handle to rim.
    The deep saucer measures 5 3/4" in diameter and 1 1/4" tall.
    There is a repair to the outer rim of the teacup at around seven o'clock.
