The flashing red lights and siren sounds are working.  Brand new batteries are included.
I do not have the correct voice tech Heroes for testing the seating area; however, any Rescue Hero (up to 2 in the front seat) can fit in the seats easily.
The cruiser is in good condition but does show scuffs and wear.
The cruiser weighs 4 lbs and is approx 14" long x 10" wide
