This is a pin from the movie "Cinderella." It is round with Cinderella and her prince in the center and it says "Walt Disney's Cinderella." On the outside there is a smaller Cinderella, her wicked stepsisters - Drizella and Anastasia - and the evil stepmother, and her horses and carriage that spin around the outside of the circle. It was sold exclusively at select movie theatres in Japan. It is part of the film magic series released in Japan.
