    Description

    Here is a coffee/ tea server set I received in August of 1970. It was make in Germany and has HKE marking on the bottom. There is a tall server(approximately 10" tall) A creamer and a sugar bowl. The three are made of white porcelain. The server and creamer have a removable metallic cover. You can use or display it either way, white or as it looks now goldish colored metallic cover. The metal covers are actually marked tarnish resistant silver plated, but I believe they have tarnished. I like the color they have changed to, so I don't try to use a sliver cleaner on them.The cover does not come off of the sugar bowel.
