Looks like this is from the 1970s as it is a 2-piece style patch.
About 8" High x 7" inches Across in size
This is a Iron on / Sew on cloth sew type. (we sell as a collectible only and all vintage iron on patches glue may or may not work after decades, so you may need to sew on)
