American Belleek porcelain china painted cream pitcher sugar bowl blue w flowers

Description

Offered is this elegant cream and sugar set elaborately painted on blanks made by American Belleek. The creamer and sugar bowl are glazed cobalt blue on the stem leading up to the body.
The body of each piece is glazed sky blue with painted pink flowers that resemble apple blossoms.
Swags of gilded roses drape down the front and back.
Gold trim also decorates the base, handles, rims and finial.
The pieces are signed M. Brandon. The mark says Belleek, which we assume is American Belleek.
The cream pitcher stands 5.75 inches tall (14.5 cm).
The sugar bowl stands 5.75 inches (14.5 cm) to the top of the finial.
These pieces probably date to the early 1900s.
They are in very good used condition. No chips or cracks. Gold trim in very good condition. The only flaw we have observed is some tape residue on the sugar lid, which we have pictured.
